Why do I have to register with a work email?
Your company domain is what makes this platform employer-only. It stops competitors and job-seekers from browsing live roles, lets us verify you're a real hiring team, and means candidate data stays with people accountable for it. Free inboxes — Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, Hotmail, iCloud, Proton — can't be verified.
What happens during Admin verification?
A 9cv9 admin checks your company and reviews the job order, then assigns a recruiter with experience in your market and function. It usually takes under one business day. You'll get an email the moment your workspace opens.
What does the Free plan include?
Free is a product trial, not free recruitment. You get one delivered candidate to evaluate in the Client Portal — including the candidate evaluator. You cannot progress or hire that candidate on Free; to receive more candidates or move toward hiring, you upgrade to Normal or Premium.
How does the success fee work?
Normal and Premium carry a retainer deposit and a success fee charged on the yearly gross salary of a candidate you actually hire, including monetary benefits — 10% on Normal and 25% on Premium. Free includes no hiring path.
What does the placement guarantee cover?
If a placed candidate quits of their own accord inside the guarantee window — 90 days on Normal, 180 on Premium — we run the search again and deliver a replacement at no additional success fee. One free replacement per placement.
What if I don't like the shortlist?
Reject any candidate with one click and a reason. Your recruiter recalibrates the search from that feedback — usually the second shortlist is the one that lands.
Is my job description confidential?
Yes. Nothing is published publicly unless you explicitly approve it. Confidential searches are run without your company name until a candidate signs an NDA.
Which markets and roles do you cover?
Deepest in Southeast Asia — Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and the Philippines — with active coverage in Hong Kong, Europe and the Gulf. We'll tell you honestly if a role sits outside our bench.
